Refund & Cancellation Policy

The GrowingPot™ currently offers consultation and educational services. No physical goods are sold directly through this website.

When products or services become available for purchase, refund and cancellation terms will be clearly stated at checkout.

Consultation Services
In-person consultations are time-based professional services. Once a consultation is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for the client. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
